How is Frelay different from other survey tools?
Frelay surveys can be published on your website/blog or in a physical location through the use of QR codes. The results of your surveys are meant for your eyes only - Frelay does not publish the responses to the end-users taking the poll. Frelay surveys are also optimized for mobile devices - so you can also directly link to them from your iPhone or Android application and they will work just fine.
How does the free trial work?
Choose a plan that suits your needs, and you can try Frelay for 30 days at zero cost - no credit card required! At any time during the 30 days, should you decide that Frelay's not for you, no problem - you can cancel your account and walk away. However, if you end up loving Frelay (we really think you will), just add a credit card to your account and you can continue using Frelay without any interruption after the duration of the trial period. We don't believe in long-term contracts. If at any time your situation changes, you can always close your Frelay account and you won't be charged again.
How reliable is Frelay?
While building Frelay, we have taken great care to ensure that Frelay is stable and scales well. Frelay is hosted on the Rackspace cloud and our cloud instances are monitored by software engineers and system administrators on-call to offer you the highest reliability.
What happens to my data should I choose to move away from Frelay?
At Wreally Studios, we believe that you own your data. Though we would like to have you as a customer forever, in the rare event that you should chose to move away from us, we offer a data export feature by which you download all your survey responses as a CSV file. This way you are never locked down to Frelay.
Can I trust you with my credit card?
We use industry-standard Stripe as our payment processor. We at Wreally Studios do NOT store your credit card information. Stripe takes care of charging your credit card and only lets us know if the transaction succeeded or failed. We cannot retrieve your credit card number from Stripe. Rest-assured that your credit card processing is in the hands of seasoned experts. Oh and we also use HTTPS inside the Frelay App.
